Customer Appointment Scheduling Policy Effective Date: 6/1/2025 1. Scheduling Appointments * Customers may schedule appointments via phone, email, website, mobile app, etc. * Appointments can be scheduled up to 2 months in advance. * Same-day appointments may be available depending on availability, but are not guaranteed. 2. Appointment Confirmation * All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. * Confirmation will be sent via email SMS and after scheduling. * Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations * Customers may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. * Rescheduling or canceling with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in a late cancellation fee of 100% of scheduled fee. 4. Late Arrivals * We allow a 10minute grace period for late arrivals. * Customers arriving later than the grace period may need to reschedule and may be subject to a late arrival fee or full appointment charge. 5. No-Shows * A “no-show” is defined as missing an appointment without notice. * No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pre-pay for future appointments. 6. Deposits * A deposit of may be required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. * Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed. 7. Contact Information * Please ensure your contact information is up to date so we can send reminders and important updates. * Contact us at (334) 782-8399 or info@geauxprettyesthetics with any questions or to make changes to your appointment. 8. Policy Acceptance * By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this scheduling policy.
